I’ve been thinking about how we spend our time in 2019.
I was utterly shocked at the statistics.
So I cut together the a video based on what’s been rattling around inside my head for the past 11 months, as well as how I generally feel when I’m out and about these days.
If you’ve not done so, I urge you to also read Bronnie Ware’s Regrets of the Dying article and take a look at the single #1 regret people have at the end of their lives:
I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.
By being more in control of your time, you will achieve this.
Something to definitely think about.
Here’s the video I put together.
Personally, I use smartphones less and less for things now. That, plus about a dozen other time management tips/tricks I now do really has changed my life for the better. I’m more focused, more in the moment, and get a whole lot more done.
You’ve been warned! Don’t end up with that #1 regret!
