I recently gave a Time Management seminar. In putting together the material for the 3 1/2 hour seminar, I conducted a tremendous amount of research into how we spend our time in 2018.
I was utterly shocked at the statistics.
So I cut together the a video based on what’s been rattling around inside my head for the past 11 months, as well as how I generally feel when I’m out and about these days.
If you’ve not done so, I urge you to also read Bronnie Ware’s Regrets of the Dying article and take a look at the single #1 regret people have at the end of their lives:
I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.
By being more in control of your time, you will achieve this.
Something to definitely think about.
Here’s the video I put together. Remember, it was the intro video shown at a Time Management seminar and is more focused on time management and devices.
Personally, I use smartphones less and less for most things now. That, plus about a dozen other time management tips/tricks I now do really has changed my life for the better. I’m more focused, more in the moment, and get a whole lot more done.
You’ve been warned! Don’t end up with that #1 regret!
